Nigella Lawson sticks to her favourite LBD for night out

Nigella Lawson sticks to her favourite LBD for night out

She stunned fans earlier this year when she revealed her shrinking frame after losing a significant amount of weight.
And while Nigella Lawson is almost half the person she used to be, the celebrity chef is sticking to the safe wardrobe options in the trusty little black dresses she donned before her weight loss.
However, as the 51-year-old headed out for dinner last night, there was no hiding her ever-shrinking frame, with her LBD clinging to her healthy hourglass curves.

Nigella looked thrilled with her outfit choice as she grabbed some food with her family at London's Restaurant 34.
Friends close to the star revealed that the television chef has been following the Bodyism Clean and Lean plan - a healthy eating programme devised by James Duigan, personal trainer and nutritional advisor to models Elle Macpherson and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and actor Hugh Grant.
An integral part of the plan is taking a selection of Duigan's powerful Bodyism health supplements, taking a cocktail of vitamins, minerals and fish oils that help to burn fat and fight cravings.

Thinner: Nigella must have changed her mind as she has said 'I don't want to be as thin. Greed always outweighs my vanity'

Devotees of the plan kick start their day with a Body Brilliance shake - a natural supplement to promote 'youth, health and a lean body.'

The supplement - described as a phyto-antioxidant blend of 'super greens', herbal adaptogens, fruit and vegetable concentrates and probiotics - claims to have fat burning properties that help reduce cravings while promoting a healthy system
Earlier this year she said: 'There are times when I want to lose weight. I  suppose the difference is I don't want to be as thin. Greed always outweighs my vanity.'

And despite her apparent acceptance of her body shape, she has said she does not want to be seen as 'a poster girl of the well-padded woman'.

'If I decided to lose weight, I would be letting someone down.’
She has managed to make around £15million from her cookbooks and television presenting, including How To Be A Domestic Goddess: Baking and the Art of Comfort Cooking, TV series Nigella Kitchen and her own Living Kitchen cookware range, worth £7million.
She has sold 3million books worldwide.
