Gwyneth Paltrow receives bag of Topshop goodies from pal Sir Philip Green after cosy dinner

They've been spotted dining out together before, and it appears the fashion-forward pair are becoming closer than ever.
Gwyneth Paltrow and Sir Philip Green looked very jolly in each other's company as they left the Arts Club in Mayfair together last night.
And as a token of his affection, the Topshop mogul presented Gwyneth with bags of goodies from the shop as she left.

Perhaps he was keen to get her thoughts on the designs.
There has been speculation that Philip was considering a Topshop collection by the actress, in a similar vein to Kate Moss, who stepped down as a designer in 2010.
 
Gwyneth was certainly working a very Moss-esque look for their outing yesterday evening, wearing skinny black trousers and black velvet coat.
The star had her blonde hair scraped off her face in a ponytail, and wore very little makeup.

The twosome looked thick as thieves as Philip loaded Gwyneth's car with the presents.
They certainly share a love of design, and the actress is no stranger to the world of fashion.
A regular fixture in the front row of catwalk shows, Gwyneth has only just returned from China, where she attended the leather goods company Coach 70th anniversary celebration in Beijing.
In 2009 the mum-of-two went a step further to collaborate with French label ZOEtee's.

All proceeds from her 1970s-inspired collection were donated to the London's Kid's Company, one of Paltrow's favourite charities.
The Californian has strayed from the silver screen to launch her website Goop, through which she doles out tips on how to enrich the daily grind.
She also plans to launch a chain of gyms with her personal trainer Tracy Anderson.
Supermodel Kate Moss previously had the celebrity baton to lure customers into the hight street chain.

Her collection, launched in 2007, reportedly earned her a cool £3million.
The Autumn Winter 2010 collection, which featured vintage-inspired dresses and floral prints, was her last one before her contract ended.
The Arts Club venue is a personal one for Gwyneth, who collaborated on then design for the Club's decor with David d'Almada,
