She had looked far from her usual glamorous self when she stepped out make-up free in Los Angeles yesterday afternoon.
But Shenae Grimes appeared to have had a serious image overhaul as she arrived at a charity benefit last night looking stunning.
The 22-year-old actress donned a glamorous low-cut black gown for the RealReal/Chrysalis Charity Benefit in Los Angeles.
Shenae teamed the dress with red lipstick and smoky eyes, leaving her long brunette hair loose around her shoulders.
The 90210 star's appearance curating the event came after she donated clothes to the Closets for a Cause sale on The Real Real - which sees designer clothes sold off, with proceeds going to Chrysalis, a charity dedicated to helping economically disadvantaged and homeless individuals become self-sufficient.
Shenae recently returned from Miami, where she was launching her photo exhibition Travellers at the Delano Hotel.
Shenae wrote about the inspiration for the show on her blog: 'Last winter, I played a homeless teen in a film called Sugar and became very passionate about the issue.
She added: 'After a couple of months of hanging out with homeless, I realised that no one really saw the beauty in them that I saw. One shelter that I’ve found was far too often overlooked.
'During that time, I volunteered and filmed at a tiny, amazing shelter in Hollywood called My Friend’s Place and have chosen them as the recipient of our proceeds from the evening.'
'While filming in Venice I became very close with a group of street travellers passing through and captured much of my time with them on film.'
Meanwhile, Shenae's hit series 90210 is going from strength to strength, with the current season ending on Tuesday with its final 2011 episode.
