Kim Kardashian is about as charitable as Newt Gingrich, so it's suspect that her self-absorbed, talentless self is in Haiti right now. Unlike Miley Cyrus who doesn't send out press releases when she does charity work, Kim and Kris Jenner went to Haiti and they had People magazine write about their good deed, of course.

NOW Kim is suddenly pretending to care about someone other than herself, all the while pitching the story for PR purposes, and having articles written about how amazing she is?! Can we make sure that she never returns to the States please?

The only thing Kim cares about is taking money from her fans and doing whatever it takes, like charity work, to look good so that she can keep fans happy, which allows her to take more of their money.
