On a September episode of the TLC reality hit, 3-year-old Paisley donned a pageant costume based on Julia Roberts' prostitute character in Pretty Woman. "It was meant to be funny, not sexual at all," the tot's mom, Wendy Dickey, said. "I made the dress myself!"
